I don't have the numbers but I happened to be using mine tonight:
E-510, OM Bellows, Zuiko Auto Macro 80mm + 170mm CU lens, ISO 400, 1/125,
small direct flash at about 60cm & 45 degrees.
Only resize and sharpen of jpg.
Subject is the back of a teaspoon, the "P" in EPNS is ~1.5mm high.
Minimum bellows extension ~50mm between flange on body and flange on lens,
f16.

Maximum bellows extension ~210mm, f11 (Flash bumped up to full power for
this one)
