The colour version looks grainy but the b&w conversion seems to have
enhanced the grainy look to the extreme. The white balance looks pretty
good. In both the colour and b&w versions I find the brightness of the
"latex examination gloves" box to be a distraction from the main subjects of
the image - perhaps there is some way to "tone down" that bright area.
