I am very lucky because my husband and children will eat absolutely
anything I cook. One son doesn't like eggplant, but that's all. We had
quiche for breakfast this morning with a sweet potato crust, sausage, egg
and cheese filling. I used up 10 of my chicken eggs. Since they are
giving me 14 a day, they are still gaining on me!
