My problem is not your cooking and I'd be honoured to share one of
your meals - note that I remember your preserves ;-)
It is about calling it quiche ...
OTT We all know how cookbooks/magazine are designed and by people who
eat at MacDo or whatever, most of the time ...
Even the photos are forgeries; nail varnish on the strawberries,
mashed-potatoes instead of vanilla ice-cream, etc.
Only the very best and extremely dear, can afford to actually offer
their own tried recipes with illustrations of the real stuff.
Someone I know worked in the industry as a photog, she must have known
a bit about the trade ...
