I agree, Andrew, that balance is important. I was merely pointing out that the
concept of a healthy "Mediterranean" diet should not include processed meats.
But yes, I do like a bit of salami, saucisse, schinken etc . . . I had some
salami with melon for lunch yesterday. And your meal sounds delicious,
particularly with a little wine.
