Simple. Grilled meats, salami, cheese, salad, bread, cake, fruit, wine, oil,
garlic, sunshine and hard physical work.
Once the large Greek population i this city moved away from it in the second
generation, the rates of heart disease and other ailments rose to the
'developed western norm'.
