Hi everyone,
I really like the specs and the feel of the E3 (played with it a bit
at a local Media Markt the other day). I am therefore thinking of
selling my Canon outfit, getting an E3 and keeping the E410 as a
backup body. What is holding me back from making a full commitment to
the 4/3 system is image quality at high ISO. I do not shoot the E410
above ISO 800, as I find the images virtually unusable; my Canon
1DII, with its larger sensor and fewer megapixels, produces eminently
usable images at ISO 1600.
I would therefore like to hear from people who have experience with
both the E410/510 and the E3: does the E3 deliver significantly
better high ISO performance than the other bodies? This is the single
most important deciding factor for me, as I hate flash and I like low-
light environments.
TIA,
Nathan
