Agreed, Bill, if what you are saying is that it's the result that really
matters, not the ingredients - though we might have diametrically opposite
views of the worth of that result in the case of the "Great chieftain of the
pudding race" :-)
I fear that AndrewF will take this as an opportunity to promote ostrich
