thanks for the tip, fortunately I forsaw that tapes might be an issue
and bought a couple of boxes, I still have 20 new and unwrapped, which I
don't envisage using, but you never know. I face the same problem as
most with children at home, to actually find the time to really
concentrate and listen to music is rare, I certainly haven't really
listened to any songs this year, now I have a portable juke box full of
MP3's I listen to some songs at work.
With over 300 ordinary cassettes though I am looking for an easy way to
convert them to mp3, mayby I can record direct into the H340, I have yet
to check the quality but fear even a modern CD may be better than a 20
year old tape. I suspect however tzhat the 3000 or so hours recording
time will not materialise soon ;-)
