I followed up by reading dpreview and Steve's on the 300D. I see your
point.

I'm trying to remember why C.H. Ling said he sold his 10D to get the
E-1.  Whatever it was, the difference between a 10D and E-1 is probably
less than between an E-1 and a C-5060.  Hmmm.  Have to go an think about
it some more ...

How's that 18-55 lens?
