Hmmmmm. I wondered when someone would give this discussion a reality check.
There is a lot of difference between Mexican cuisine and "border food" that
most US restaurants serve. I don't travel to Mexico but have Mexican friends
that laugh about claims of authenticity by US restaurants. I like it all.
