I never worry about memory, the 20GB pocketable storage device is now $200
here (with $40 more you get 40GB), can read six different type of cards.
Paying some more money you can have a dispaly to see the pictures too. I
expect it will become cheaper very soon. It is now using USB 1.1 for
download to computer, until the USB2.0 or firewire version come out I will
buy one. No more investment on memory card, buy one that can handle one day
shoot is enough, one 1GB MD should be fine.
