I would suggest it likely he (Dvorak) got it from its origin, the

I'm surprised people haven't heard it before, it's a perfectly cromulent word.
(This is a good episode, though its compromise, specifically Lisa's, at the end
seems utterly contrary to the show's general theme and her character. It's
enough, despite the mighty fine presence of Donald Sutherland's voice, that I'd
only give it 3.5/5 donuts. Mmm, donuts, arrggllll...)
