I don't have any 64-bit suggestion for you but when you install PolaDSR
it also installs a standalone app as well as the PS plugin. If all you
did was uninstall 32-bit PS the PolaDSR standalone should still be there.
Check: Program Files (x86) --> Polaroid --> Polaroid Dust & Scratch
Removal --> PolaDSR.exe
If it's not there I still have the original installation file. I assume
it will run without PS present and simply install the standalone
version. Send me private mail if you need it (1.6MB).
Or maybe you'd like to re-install 32-bit PS. Larger drives are cheap
and it's easy to clone the old smaller on onto the new one.

PESO:
I'm scanning some old B&W negatives and I have always used Polaroid Dust
and Scratch Remover for those impossible white specks and scratches that
show up all over my old negatives. It did a pretty good job with some
artifacts that could be brushed out. But it only works with 32 bit PS so
it doesn't work with PSCC. I had kept an old copy of 32 bit PS just to use
that one program but I was trying to free up some space on my laptop and I
got rid of it.
So my question is: Is there anything similar to the Polaroid D&S that will
work with 64 bit? What is the best dust and scratch remover around?
TIA
