Large flat peppered mushroom on beef dripping toast. For an extra cholesterol
hit crumble some Stilton or Shropshire Blue cheese on top of the mushroom and
blast under the grill until the cheese starts to melt , then a generous glug of
proper worcestershire sauce. Mmmmmm!
