Had to larf - just cooked Chinese style - sliced white fish with fresh peas,
cauliflower, tiny courgettes, spring onions, red capsicum (bell pepper) ginger,
garlic and a little oyster sauce. But I used the generous layer of bacon fat in
the wok from my breakfast sandwich of crispy streaky bacon. That made it. I
must be drowning in O-3 right now. No one could convince me that it was
unhealthy.
