I've had lengthy discussions with the VISA folks. Overseas, their coverage is
primary. My insurance doesn't cover me in the UK. State Farm only covers Canada
and a few of the Caribbean Islands.
Believe me, I'm being thorough about this. The VISA cost is $0. Other than
paying for the car with the VISA card. <g>
