The main distinction I hear is that in Canukistan there is only one way
to pronounce the vowel _a_, i.e. as in tack. On occasion they will stoop
to pronounce it as in tay. This has laughable results when using many
spanish or other Latin derived words. e.g. aqua>>ackwa or taco>>tayco or
worse, tacko.
