My god where do you live? Out here, the speed limit ahs been 65-75 for
years! But folks still drive 55 in the fast lane anyway, but now they can be
pulled over, which of course never happens, just like semis traveling
especially slow or tailgating or speeding or whatever never get pulled over.

because, by God, that's the speed limit and they're going to make sure that
you don't exceed it.
Except that driving in the passing lane for anything other than passing is
illegal. But that doesn't really matter to the highway vigantes.
