Over here, Stroh's is (or was) a fire-brewed beer, much the same as Iron
City (Pittsburgh, PA). Both are full-bodied strong-tasting beers. Stroh's
disappeared from the markets here in Phoenix many years ago. It's now owned by
Pabst:

If I could find it locally once again, I would gladly keep some handy.
Other than that, It's Modelo Negro, a Mexican dark beer that's well short of a
good stout such as Guinness.
