Hang in there. It won't do anything to fill your cistern to know this
but the current drought still isn't quite as bad as the drought of
1950-57. It's a pity that tropical storm Lee decided to visit Louisiana
instead of Texas. But there are still several months of hurricane
season yet to come and the tropical Pacific may yet return to more
normal patterns in the not too distant future.
