I have to agree as well. Seems silly to give the same rights as a living
person to a corporate entity that can be bought, sold or taken over with
hostility. I don't believe the Constitution would have to be amended though
to correct this; the Supreme Court would have to simply reverse the ruling.
I won't hold my breath.
