Starbucks and Apple have a lot in common. You pay top dollor for
presentation and caché.

I've found that buying the beans from Starbucks and grinding them
myself makes for a superior cup of coffee or espresso than what you
get in the store itself. I don't mind the smoky flavor, but what gives
me no end to dislike is bitterness. That is unacceptable.

I always like going over to Iowa City because there is a set of coffee
shops over there that knows how to do it right.
