Not too bad. I'd guess that what's visible there at f/16 would not be visible at f/11. I have a great deal of difficulty getting the 5D sensor squeaky clean at f/16 or higher without resorting to cleaning solutions so I generally don't bother. I just use a brush. Diffraction starts to intrude beyond f/11 so if it looks good at f/11 that's usually good enough for me. I just avoid f/16.
