If you mean whatever I like and can afford then I agree. Factory farm 
food, especially meat produced thereon isn't on my menu. If I can't see 
it growing on my neighors' farms I don't trust it and mostly don't eat it.

So I should instead rely on a transportation and production system 
largely dependent on oil? I should trust the food producers to provide 
not only cheap but safe food? The former is a very tenuous thread and as 
to the latter, I'll add my melamine to taste ;-)   Thanks but no thanks.
