I think you may also need a flash with FP capability otherwise you are
limited to 1/200 or 1/250 flash sync. speed. The new digital TTL flash like
FL-50 is quite accurate for fill-in with E-1. In case adjustment is
necessary just dial in "flash" compensation in 1/3 stop increament on the
back of the flash directly (no button required), it is independent of the
ambient exposure, very convenient.
