Nothing specific but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't be
perfectly fine. The 60CT-4 has a trigger voltage of 5 volts
<http://www.botzilla.com/photo/strobeVolts.html> and should be perfectly
safe to use on any camera. I don't think you'll find a TTL adapter for
the E-3 or any other 4/3 camera but all other functions should be there.
I should have mentioned that, for the E-420 which has no PC socket,
using a "stick" or "potato masher" flash will require a hot shoe to PC
adapter to run a PC cord from the hot shoe to the flash. These are
readily available on ebay and other places but the best quality one is
probably this Nikon AS-15
