I just answered your question by submitting data for the OM mount Tokina
RMC 17/3.5 and Zuiko 24/2.8 with test data shot on a 5D. The data was
added to the PTLens database only yesterday. I would go shoot some more
OM mount lenses if it wasn't so cold and snowy.
PTLens advises to shoot test images from a distance of 20-50 feet and
that the data should be good for about 10 feet or further. No attempt
is made for support of anything closer than that.
