I will share my experience with C1 ver.4.01, Olympus Master and PS.

I shoot only RAW, JPEG will be generated with Olympus Master (best color in
my eyes). Over exposed shoots will be handled by C1 V4 (just managed to
solve the preview matching output problem).

Olympus Master can do batch processing with individual file adjustment on
WB, exposure, contrast, sharpness...etc but I only do WB and exposure. The
rest will be passed to PS.

I do batch downscale with IrfanView, it is free.

I do crop, sharpness, small degree rotations in PS. For NR nothing better
than dedicated NR software like Neat Image.

I use selection masks for localized brightness/contrast/color adjustment.
Don't know if lightzone can do the same. A good featured photo editing
software is necessary in most cases, don't know if lightzone can do that.

All of them can do bath process, the problem is Olympus Master do not
remember the setting when you exit.

Distortion correction can be done by most photo editing software, as
mentioned above, I believe you will need one besides the RAW converter.
