Immediately after I wrote this it occurred to me that you could use use
an editor to embed a 4/3 image into a larger "35mm size canvas" such
that the 4/3 image was in the middle of and proportional to the 35mm
canvas. Then the 35mm profile could be used and you could crop the 4/3
piece back out after correction of the full size image.
