I don't think high school and college sports include motorsports. If you
are used to E-1 AF, you are not aware of how the real thing works. Stick
a USM C lens on that 5D for a test ride, AF is a whole 'nother thing. AF
performance in the shop was one reason for my choice of 300D over E-1.
The 5D raises it to another level yet.

Ali doesn't have an E-1. The E-500 already has somewhat improved AF and 8mp.
