That's odd because it's a middle-eastern dish, usually Lebanese. And
they don't use fresh coriander that I know of.
Most of my experience of fresh coriander is in South-East Asian food
- I'm fond of the classic Vietnamese Pork Roll - the ultimate sandwich.
