I was so lucky as to know somebody who had a machine to punch really
tiny holes into aluminum. Unfortunately, my 0.1mm hole is too small for
a pinhole in a body cap, so I get lots of diffraction. But even then,
the pictures are quite charming. I used a kind of black duck tape
instead of rubber cement, which works just as well.
Drilling a hole through the Olympus name on the body cap is a great way
to get over Oly worshipping, too ;-)
