The Lins-in-a-cap is still a lens (3 elements) and an aperture stopping down to 'only' f=64. Not really a pinhole. The PC-lens-in-a-cap does not emulate a shift lens, it IS a shift lens, since the lens really may be moved from the optical axis (see Loreo site). Both item are surely fun to play with.
