I was too tired (lazy?) from my weekend adventure to look it up yesterday, but
after an infusion of coffee this morning and feeling a little more energetic, I
found this on the J&C website buried in the technical info on the Efke films:
"Composition of the emulsion layer: one layer with a protectivie layer.
Antihalo protection: Violet colouring for KB film (implemented in support)
Dark blue layer for R film (on the backside of the film)"
I'll try to be more accurately informative in the future. Or maybe not.
