Original Pen's are nice cameras, but hardly worth paying a lot for, unless you
need one for a collection. The original Pens, and especially the black Pen-W,
have started to become collectible over the past few years and the prices have
started to climb. Don't assume that any original Pen camera is usable and you
won't be disappointed; just add $60 to whatever price is final for a CLA. That
should tell you that most of these old cameras aren't worth buying and setting
right unless it's special for some reason.
For a shooter, a nice Pen EE/2/3 is a much cheaper "investment" and a much more
modern camera.
