My thanks to C.H.Ling and Jim Brokaw for their input.
The Pen I was considering sold on the Australian eBay site this afternoon
for AU$147.50 (US$114.00) - see #3863557451
It is a single lug version and it appears to be in very good cosmetic
condition. But it has been stored for the past 40 years so who knows how
many lazy springs may be inside it. Seller made no mention of the lens or
mechanical aspects.
IMHO it sold at an inflated price, in the past week or so a few Oly cameras
have been the subject of bidding wars and have gone for way too much, it
seems to be the silly season down here.
$147.50 is beyond my means right now, especially as I'd rather put the
dollars towards expanding my Zuiko collection. No doubt another Pen will
come along so I'll wait.
