http://www.zuik.net/E1/C5060_bokeh_P8260097.jpg was shot in JPEG. Transport shots were raw. My choice for raw often depends on the contrast range of the scene and/or whether I want to wait between shots. I don't think a small amount of sharpening affects bokeh too much, but it can make a subtle difference if you are a bokeh connoisseur. Subject matters more, IMHO.
