That is just how an EOS works in Aperture Preferred mode with a Zuiko on
an adapter. Except aperture shows "00", rather than blank.
In Manual Mode, it works just like an OM, but without auto stop down.
You can see the shutter speed in the viewfinder and adjust it by turning
a wheel. The viewfinder also shows a 'needle' against a scale that shows
where exposure is relative to the meter reading. Like with an OM,
adjusting the aperture will move the needle, but you can only see what
the aperture is by taking the camera from your eye and looking, or by
counting clicks.
