While I'm still VERY worried about the idea of haggis PIE (he did
say that, didn't he?) this is deeply culturally offensive - I was
raised on a diet of tripe, black pudding, stilton, pork pie and the
like and later discovered the joys of chicken and duck feet, frog
curry, stuffed squid, etc. There are much worse 'foods' which
belong down there with Vegemite - one that comes to mind is a
Phillipino delicacy which involves allowing a fertilised egg to
develop to the foetal stage before hard-boiling it - rather
crunchy. Then there's that Swedish rotten fish stuff...
Xtreme cuisine.
A specialty in Monterrey, Mexico is Cabretta (perhaps misspelled),
unborn kid, boiled , if I recall correctly, in the mother's milk.
Rather tasty, but sort of gruesome at the same time, all those
little bones.

I eat goat fairly often, camel occasionally, but the closest I've
come to this one is 'tete de veau' - classic French dish made from
newborn or preferably foetal veal - the skin of the face is stewed
and served as a single piece (preferably with a nice Sancerre).
Interesting but I wouldn't crawl over a lobster to get to it.
Greatest disparity between smell and taste - Durian.
And what the hell is Natto, Peter?
