You may have mis-read my post. The two versions of the OM4Ti (champagne,
and black) are identical under the skin in every way as far as I know. But
the Champagne finish definitely is more prone to wear. Most that I see
that actually have been used look like the've been through quite a bit. It
seems that the Champagne finish didn't stick as well to the titanium.
I don't know if there are any electronic evolutionary differences between
the OM4Ti's over their lifetime, but I'd expect that they refined their
manufacturing and circuit versions throughout production.

champagne and the black 4Ts was the paint? Weren't
they built to the same specification except for the
