Don't have a F280, but should be fine.
In a way, they are something of a cross between the characteristics of
alkalines and NiCds.
Capacity is in between NiCds and alkalines
Life is in between.
Max Amperage is in between. (I wouldn't use them in a QA310 because NiMh
batteries might be damage the flash as NiCd ones do.
They are more fragile than NiCds and a smart charger is really necessary
for them.
