Actually, my 24mm is multicoated. Glare shouldn't be a problem as the sun
was usually at my back. I've wondered whether the 28mm 2.8 may have been a
better choice, but I think extra field of view of the 24 came in handy in
some shots where I could only capture the scene by holding the camera over
my head, aim it as best as I could, and fire away. We'll see in a few days
how they turn out...
