Well, I've got one and I can heartily recommend it. Mine is the 'Trekker'
which is the lightweight version. Lightweight does not, in this case anyway,
mean not sturdy! It is as solid as a rock and can be used and positioned
almost anywhere. I have also used this tripod extensively with an old Mamiya
645 1000s and it is well up to the job.
It does take some getting used to, it's a bit like trying to mount a camera
on a set of bagpipes, but once you get the hang of it you will rarely use
anything else.
