When reading UK camera mags in 1981 the OM2n was so cool. For some unknown
reason this camera appealed to me far more than any Pentax, Nikon or Canon,
no idea why (any suggestions Kelton?). When a good friend of my Dad's
offered me an OM10-based outfit (w/35, 50 and Tamron 80-210) I was so
chuffed. The dream (an OM2n) arrived in 1983, I still use it regularly.
I pondered whether to switch to a "professional" brand - he N-word - in the
early 90's but I'm glad I didn't. Oly fits me physically (ergonomically),
and I like the compactness of the lenses. The OM system covers more than
enough of the "professional" options and suits me so well that I don't know
why I even thought swapping could help me.
