Buffalo wing- actually, a "Buffalo New York style chicken Wing". The two
larger thirds of a chicken wing (separated), cooked in a spicy sauce, and
served with bleu cheese salad dressing and celery sticks. Called Buffalo
wings, because it was invented in a bar in Buffalo, NY.

Steve Goss, Dallas, TX usa
Who first encountered Buffalow wings while living in Philadelphia. (a whole lot
closer to Buffalo)
