You could try to see if Quantum makes an adapter for their Turbo units
for the Tseries. This only solves one half the problem!

The limit here is probably not so much a current limit as a heatsink limit.
The transistors will run at high current for proportionately longer and could
overheat especially in quick repetitive flashing. Most flashes rely on the
fact they are only operated intermittently and so have limited heatsinking
which can cool slowly between flashing That is one reason why Quantum
suggests not firing your flash repetitively too often when running off their
regular battery packs. (not turbo packs) I seem to remember the T flashes do
have a small resistor in series with the capacitor to limit inrush current
somewhat when running off external HV power. This limits very rapid cycling
too!.
