Merely including the symbols on the images does not mean that
permission has been granted for commercial use. Most likely, Oly is
glad for the attention, doesn't care about the TM, or both. On the
other hand, Oly may be waiting for Hans to get rich enough off of his
web site to make it worth thier time to sue him, which is commonly
done. Then again, I know of stories relating to some companies, most
notably Porsche, that continue to be extremely vigilant and
uncompromising in protecting thier marks. Porsche in particular has a
history of going after even the littlest business if Porsche felt even
slightly infringed.
Both www.olympus.org and www.olympus.net appear to be taken, but
www.zuiko.org and www.zuiko.net appear to be still available.
Be seeing you.
