I suppose I could get in trouble with my zuikoholic.com, but my huge risk is
$70 (i.e. the Internic fee). I'd be pretty surprised if Olympus comes after
me, particularly since my site is pretty innocuous. I know John uses
www.zuiko.com, but I don't know if that is with permission or not.
The net is such a 'lawless' place and so international, that proving true
damages would be tough. Even if Hans sold a shirt to all of us, I think his
gross profit would be in the 10's of dollars <grin> and since all he has is
really an image, hmmm.
It's not like we registered pepsi.com
