All 200mm macro lenses use internal focussing and some also some use
extension. This means they are 200mm at infinity focus, and lose some focal
length as they focus closer.
Using the 135mm with extennsion, the effective focal length increases. Try
this with a macro lens. Look at something small with the lens set to
infinity. Then wind it out. You will see the field of view decrease, the
same as a longer lens
So 200mm internal focus will give about the same as 135mm with extension.

Did any of you Zuiks try matching a 135/4.5 with the 1.4XA teleconverter?
What's the resulting quality like? Is it usable at around open aperture? A
180 mm or 200 mm is the only piece of macro equipment the OM lens system
lacks. This combination could be an alternative.
Thanks,
Daan
